Toddler Social Club – Rules & Policies
Welcome to Toddler Social Club – a safe, clean, and fun indoor play space designed for toddlers and their families to connect, explore, and grow. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to review and follow the policies below.
🏡 General Play Space Rules

Supervision Required: All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian (18+) at all times. Our staff are here to assist but do not provide childcare.

Age Limit: Our space is designed for children ages 0–5. Older siblings may be allowed during designated family sessions.

Socks Only Zone: Both children and adults must wear grip socks in the play area. No shoes or bare feet permitted.

No Outside Food: We do not allow outside food or drinks in the play area, except for water bottles and baby bottles. Please use the designated snack area if needed.

Illness Policy: Please keep your child home if they are sick or showing symptoms such as fever, rash, or cough. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone appearing unwell.

Clean Play: We take cleanliness seriously. Hand sanitizing stations are provided and frequent cleaning is conducted. Please help us by cleaning up after your child and reporting any spills or accidents.

Be Kind: No rough play, pushing, or aggressive behavior will be tolerated. We promote a gentle, inclusive play environment for all toddlers.

Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for the safety and behavior of their children while at Toddler Social Club.

Toddler Social Club is not liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that occur on premises.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or unsafe conduct.
📅 Monthly Membership Policy
Toddler Social Club offers monthly memberships for families who love to play often and save.
Membership Includes:

Unlimited open play during business hours

Exclusive member-only events & early registration
-
Discounts on birthday party bookings and merchandise
Terms & Conditions:

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically.

There is no contract—cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Memberships are non-transferable and intended for one household only.

Missed days or closures (due to weather or holidays) do not qualify for refunds or credits.

💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, and we aim to be flexible while maintaining fairness for all customers.
Open Play Sessions:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled or refunded upon request.

No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable, but are able to be rescheduled.
Birthday Parties & Events:

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date.

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance may transfer their deposit to a future date (subject to availability).

Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
Memberships:

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
